Good Deeds Program
If something happens to you, your loved ones could face unnecessary costs and delays in receiving the assets and property you want them to own by waiting for the probate process.
The Award Winning Geauga County “Good Deeds” Program is a collaborative legal education/public awareness effort, led by Probate Judge Tim Grendell, Magistrate Abbey King, and Magistrate Michael Hurst, to help Geauga County residents learn how you can set up your assets now to avoid probate later.
